Xbox 360
Common Problems:
3 Red Flashing Lights: If you have not opened your console call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and Microsoft will replace your console for you. This problem is warrantied for 3 years from the date of manufacture on the back of your Xbox. If you have opened your console, we can ship your xbox off to be reflowed or reballed. This is the only guranteed permanent fix. Do not be fooled by others that replace the X-clamps, this is a temporary fix at best. Cost to reflow is $75 and a reball is $95.
E74 - same as above
No Video or Video Glitches: The problem is likely with the graphics processor and we do not offer services to repair this problem.
Disc Read Errors: If you are having 'Unreadable Disc' errors the problem is likely a defective/ worn out DVD drive. We can replace your drive for $75. We can mod your 360 at the same time for an additional $20 (regular $60).
Disc Drive Won't Open or Makes Strange Noises: Same as the 'Disc Read Error' above.
